The Precinct Hotel caters to all sorts of functions, from small, intimate - and if you like, very private - to as quite big a scene as you want to create.
Dining Room
Entertain up to 40 guests in the elegantly appointed dining room. The perfect setting to conduct a formal business dinner or celebrate a significant occasion.
Courtyard Deck
Section off Precinct Courtyard for your evening - choose between the top deck, the lower deck or both - to accommodate 40-150 guests for a standing cocktail food event or 40-80 for a set course banquet. Open air entertaining with the roof retracted on warmer nights or cosy double-sided fireplaces and overhead heating.
Precinct Courtyard is a designated smoking area.
Boardroom
The long table seating 12-16 is the centrepiece of the Hotel's versatile Boardroom on the first floor, overlooking the Melbourne skyline. Precinct's perfect, most private space for presentations, conferencing and breakfast or lunch meetings 7 days per week.
Booth
Intimate, raised booth areas overlooking the stage in the entertainment area for informal gatherings incorporating cocktail food and drinks. Book a section (30-40 guests) or the entire Booth area (80-100 guests).
